From Northern State Parkway:
Follow signs for Eastern Long Island. Take Exit 33, Wantagh Parkway South, to exit W2W, Old Country Road West. Turn right at stop sign and turn left at second traffic light onto Carman Avenue Extension. Take second left into Parkway Plaza parking lot. Turn left to lower level parking. Take elevator to 2nd level, Suite 211.
From Long Island Expressway:
Take Long Island Expressway to Northern State Parkway (Westbound Exit 42 or Eastbound Exit 38). Proceed as above. From Southern State Parkway Exit 27 N to Wantagh Parkway North. Take Exit W2 W, Old Country Road West. See directions under Northern State Parkway.
From Meadowbrook Parkway:
Take Exit Ml E, Old Country Road East. Proceed 4 miles to Carman Avenue. Turn right, and proceed into Parkway Plaza parking lot. Take elevator to 2nd level, Suite 211.
