TRAIN TO WORK IN AUDIO/VIDEO PRODUCTION
If we’ve learned anything during America’s COVID-19 pandemic, it’s that audio, video, digital and social communication are the DNA of our human interactions. Consumption of all media forms is up dramatically, and Americans are enjoying information and entertainment through sources they had neither the time nor the inclination to explore before we were all consigned to our homes. In the months ahead, we’ll consume even more original audio, video and digital content from first-time creators and witness the birth of a new generation of media “stars” and influencers. CSB Media Arts Center stands ready to play an integral role in training tomorrow’s media professionals just as we have for close to six decades.
TRAIN ON THE EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE USED IN PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTION STUDIOS
From the first day you start classes, you’ll be working with the same equipment and software that the pros use – HD cameras, professional lighting and sound, Adobe Audition, Avid Pro Tools, Adobe Premiere Pro, and more. When you graduate, you’ll be prepared to walk into any podcasting studio, satellite or traditional radio station or video production facility and get right to work.
ACCESS OUR STUDIOS
Students are always welcome to use our studios. Stay on top of the ever-changing technology, work on your demos, and keep with the latest video and audio editing software and techniques.
I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of the iRockRadio team, and to have such an amazing job. I owe it all to the Connecticut School of Broadcasting for what I learned to further myself and the connections I made with people in the industry.
