Casting for ā€œSpirit Mantisā€

A Dramedy

Written & Directed by: Brad Chevarella

Plot Summary: A workaholic bounty hunter struggles to find a new job. But, things change when she locks a pair of siblings in a building, daring them to escape.

Casting for the Following Roles:

Spirit Mantis: (Principal – Age 22-27 F ) Ethnicity Open: A proficient bounty hunter with a loud personality and misguided priorities. Confident, she wants to show her abilities off.

Luna: (Supporting – Age 22-27 F ) Ethnicity Open: A protective big sister who isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty. Protecting her younger brother at all costs, whether it’s talking her way out of it or taking action.

Sparrow: (Supporting – Age 22-27 M ) Ethnicity Open: Luna’s younger brother, not as outspoken as his sister but has just as strong an attitude. With a new beginning ahead of him, his driving force is to achieve.

Audition Dates: Tuesday, March 10th – Thursday, March 12th – Tuesday, March 17th

Audition Times: 6:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Shoot Dates: Saturday, March 28th & Sunday, March 29th, 2026

(NOTE: Expect to be on set for 10-12 hours per day)

Casting for ā€œThe Last Bagā€

An Action-Comedy

Written and Directed By: Chaz Johnson

Plot Summary: When four coworkers discover there’s only one bag of chips left in the break room, a simple snack shortage turns into an absurd battle over fairness, As alliances form and tensions rise, they attempt to create rules to decide who deserves the last bag.

Casting For The Following Roles:

Alex: (Lead) (Male: 18-20) Ethnicity: Open. Alex Is the one who discovers the final bag of chips, which makes him the emotional catalyst of the entire conflict. He sees himself as rational and mature, but the moment the chips are threatened, his carefully managed composure starts to crack.

Jessica: (Supporting) (Female: 18-20) Ethnicity: Open. Jessica is driven by fairness, and structure. When the conflict begins, she immediately tries to impose rules, criteria, and measurable solutions. She believes deeply in processes even if it’s for snacks.

Bob: (Supporting) (Male: 18-20) Ethnicity: Open. Bob is pragmatic and slightly self-serving. He looks for angles, shortcuts, and alliances. He’s the first to suggest splitting the bag in secret and the first to shake the vending machine.

Sam: (Supporting) (Female: 18-20) Ethnicity: Open. Sam, (Samatha) is emotionally open, impulsive, and enthusiastic. She blurts out ideas like ā€œtrial by combatā€ and accidentally names the ā€œSnackocracy.ā€ She says what everyone else is thinking but tries to frame it as fun.

Linda: (Supporting) (Female: 18-20) Ethnicity: Open. Linda is calm, casual, and completely unaware of the social battlefield she keeps stepping into. She doesn’t hesitate. She doesn’t debate. She just acts.

Audition Date: Tuesday March 10th-Thursday March 12th-Tuesday March 17th

Audition Time: 6:30-10:00

Shoot Dates: Saturday April 18 & Sunday April 19

Casting for ā€œRunning, Jumping, Flying Kickā€

An Action

Written and Directed By: Maximus Baruch Bouilly

Plot Summary: When teenager Kirk Hopper unknowingly gains a legendary force known as ā€œThe Mystic Artā€, which he discovers during a street mugging, Kirk returns home to find his grandfather attacked and a mysterious armored villain demanding possession of Kirk’s new power.

Casting for the following roles:

Kirk Hopper: Male, teen (20–25). Ethnicity open: An ordinary high school student with a sarcastic streak but a good heart is initially awkward and unsure of himself. Must portray a wide emotional range: comedic timing, fear, rage, inner conflict, and dramatic intensity. Strong physicality required (stage combat/martial arts a plus).

Grandpa: Male, 60s–70s. Warm, witty, and sharp. A former museum curator and keeper of secrets. Needs strong comedic delivery with the ability to shift into sincere, heartfelt moments.

Dark Knight/Future Kirk:Ā Male, late 20s–30s. Physically imposing, intense, and emotionally layered. A battle-hardened version of Kirk from a dystopian future, corrupted by power and consumed by regret. Requires a strong, dramatic presence. Must balance menace, pain, and vulnerability.

Mugger: Male, 20s–40s. Streetwise, rough-around-the-edges opportunist. The role requires physical performance and the ability to shift from cocky aggression to fear and desperation.

Audition Dates: Tuesday, March 10th – Thursday, March 12th – Tuesday, March 17th

Audition Time: 6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
