Plot Summary: A girl is drawn to a rock album cassette at the local thrift store, and upon playing it, hears a man screaming and begging for mercy. His ghostly apparition haunts her, and needs her to bring his true killer to light.
Casting for the following roles:
Ariella: (Lead – Age 27F) Ethnicity: Open: Only child of her mother. She is a very creative woman, often participating in projects, and loves listening to music. She is determined to find out everything, even if it costs secrets she never should’ve unearthed.
Richard: (Principal – Age 18M) Ethnicity: Open: A murder victim of the late 80s. Can come off as intimidating and demanding, but in reality, he wants his true killer to be brought to light.
Sandra Parks/Mom: (Principal – Age 57F) Ethnicity: Caucasian (Mostly off-screen role, on camera at the end): A kind and protective mother who loves her daughter dearly, but she hides a dark secret from her and the world.
Audition Dates: Tuesday November 3rd 2026, Thursday November 5th 2026, and Tuesday November 10th 2026
Audition Times: 6:30 p.m – 10p.m
Shoot Dates: Saturday December 13th and Sunday December 14th, 2026

Casting for “The Waiting Place”
A Short Film
Written & Directed by: Donald Horton
Plot Summary: Nicole Taylor Evans finds herself in a psychiatric hospital after a suicide attempt following the tragic death of her husband and son. A few months into her stay at the hospital in which she is living, she begins to experience a recurring hyperrealistic nightmare involving her late husband and son. She begins working with psychiatrist Edward Silva in an attempt to free herself from the recurring nightmares.
Casting for the Following Roles:
Nicole: (Lead- 30s–40s, F) Ethnicity Open: A strong, fierce-willed woman, Nicole works to find the power and perseverance within herself to overcome a severe state of depression. A past of mental health struggles and an eventual suicide attempt contribute to Nicole’s drive to recover, and therefore, make her return to normal life before the loss.
Edward: (Lead- 60s-70s, M) Ethnicity Open: A psychiatrist with years of professional experience behind him, Edward has a wise mind and a gentle demeanor. He acts as a paternal figure in Nicole’s life, eventually freeing her from the nightmares.

Casting for “22 Vale Lane”
A Horror

Plot summary: Ryan Harris and his sister Kate are left alone for a week while their parents are on vacation. After what Ryan initially thinks is an attempted break in, he soon discovers poltergeist activity. The two siblings and their friend Noah soon discover that the house was the scene of an unsolved murder of one Kayla Blake and must uncover what happened to her.
Casting for the following roles:
Ryan: (Lead, age 16-18 M) White: A young man in his mid-teens, determined to prove that he and his sister can live at home by themselves while their parents are on vacation.
Kate: (Principal, age 16-18 F) White: Ryan’s younger sister. Less concerned with proving herself than her bother.
Mrs. Harris: (Supporting, age 42 F) White: An anxious mother who is nervous about leaving her children home alone.
Mr. Harris: (Supporting, age 45 M) White: The impatient father of Ryan and Kate who just wants to go on his vacation.
Noah: (Principal, age 16-18 M) Ethnicity open: Ryan’s best friend. Initially he is skeptical of Ryan’s story.
Priest: (Supporting, age 30 – 80 M) Christian, Ethnicity open: Stoic and compassionate.
Ghost: (Nonspeaking role, age and gender open) Tall and menacing. Features are not seen.

Plot Summary: A local shock-jock radio station is thrown into a frenzy when a serial killer calls in to confess all of his disturbing crimes live on the air.
Casting for the Following Roles:
Eli: (Lead – Age 20s-30s M) Ethnicity Open: A disgruntled young man seemingly in the midst of a crisis. This character is confused about what matters in life.
Zoey: (Co-host – Age 20s-30s F) A young lady who is caring and empathetic but isn’t afraid to push the boundaries with her humor. Zoey gets along with boys more than girls, but isn’t influenced by them.
Jacob: (Co-host – Age 20s-30s M) A young man with little to no filter. Most of what comes out of his mouth is a joke. Loves dark humor.
